We converted this walk-thru powder room into a 3/4 bath. Removing the doorway in the hall allowed us to use that space for the shower. We moved over the hall closet space (with louvered doors) towards the other door next to the entry and used that for the inset linen cabinet for storage. Access is now in the office/den/bedroom space.
